As I descend the viridian stairs
Stench of evil dead entities
Infests the moist and heavy air

With each step that I am daring
Deeper inside this unholy ground
The more I have to keep my grip
The more my limbs turn to stone

I kiss the talisman
I clench my blade
I'm treading lightly
Whereas death waits

Crossing black ceremonial circles
Carved by undead necromancers
Set to dominate the human realms
Exiled by holy elven archers

Demonic howls mock my courage
Ancient fires burn beneath me
Melodic chants of dark summonings
Whispered to me by cursed spirits

The horned demon unleashes
His crackling fire breath
The ground is erupting
Before the holy shield

I leap with rage
I strike the beast's wing
His neck touches the dirt
To receive my final swing
